What is MySurveyBuilder?
MySurveyBuilder is a web based
tool that allows a person to create a survey and publish
a survey campaign easily through MySurveyBuilder web
based interface.
Do I need to download and
install your software in order to run my survey campaign?
Everything is done via MySurveyBuilder
web based interface. As long as you have a web browser,
you will be able to fully manage the entire survey campaign.
I will prefer to run the software
in-house. Can I do that?
Yes, MySurveyBuilder is sold
as a server license which you can run in-house.
Do my survey participants
need to download any software?
MySurveyBuilder does not require
your survey participants to download any software. This
increases the reach of your survey campaign.
Do you have any customers
currently using your service?
Yes, MySurveyBuilder has been
selected to run survey campaigns for organizations, universities
and private companies. Some of our prestigious clients
are the IEEE's Computer Society and Wake Forest University.
Can I create sub accounts
for other survey owners in my own account?
Yes, MySurveyBuilder allows
you to create sub accounts. This feature is especially
suited for companies with multiple departments or divisions.
Can I assign permission and
rights to certain sub accounts? I will like some of the
user to have permission to view the survey results only
while others are authorized to create surveys.
Yes, MySurveyBuilder allows
the assignment of rights and permissions to each of the
sub account. Each department or division can be assigned
certain permissions (create survey, view survey result)
by the master survey owner.
Can I customize the page color,
question color and answer text color for my surveys? What
else can I customize?
Yes, you can customize the
color of the survey page, the question and answer text
font color. In addition, you can customize the banner
to be displayed at the top of the page, footer text,
ability to set number of questions per page, optional
splash image and more!
Can I export the results of
the survey collected by MySurveyBuilder to a file which
I intend to import to my Excel application?
Yes, you can export the results
collected by MySurveyBuilder for each survey campaign
you run. The exported data are easily downloadable from
your MySurveyBuilder account interface as a CSV file.
You can then import the CSV file into any third party
database software or data mining tool.
