Sub Account Management

Each survey owner is allowed to create sub administrator accounts for other users assigned or authorized to access the system. MySurveyBuilder allows permissions to be set for each sub account user. A survey owner can create privilege permissions for certain users to view the survey results only. The survey owner can also assign privilege permissions to sub account holders to both create a survey campaign and view the survey results.

Survey Introduction Page

MySurveyBuilder features the ability to push an introduction page before the actual survey is presented to the user. This acts as a form of invitation and precursor information to the potential survey participant. It is useful for presenting any description of the survey or announcing any prize incentive to the survey participants.

Powerful and Flexible Survey Creation Wizard

MySurveyBuilder's Survey Creation Wizard is very user-friendly and intuitive. The wizard will prompt you through a series of steps involved in creating your survey campaign. You can create multiple survey questions and answers. Answers can take the form of a dropdown list box of choices, rating scale, list of images, radio buttons, multi and single select list boxes, check boxes, single text field, horizontal lines and more! You can also configure some of your questions as compulsory.

Private Survey

MySurveyBuilder allows our survey owners to create private surveys. In this way, only those people who knows the survey access code will be able to participate in the survey.

Opinion Polls

MySurveyBuilder also supports online polls. A business can put up an online polls and those people who submitted their feedback via the poll form will be able to view the results of the poll.

Easy Survey Setup

MySurveyBuilder makes it easy for our survey owners to setup the survey on their web sites. All they have to do is to copy and paste a series of HTML code onto their web pages. MySurveyBuilder will handle the publishing of the surveys or polls to the potential survey participants.

Managing and Tracking Respondents

MySurveyBuilder allows our survey owners to create survey participants accounts and to track who are the survey participants who have completed the surveys they have been invited to. This useful tool allows the survey owner to have a quick overview on the maturity of the survey campaign. A survey owner can also view the survey results submitted by each of the survey participants.

The survey owner can also import his existing list of Survey Participants into MySurveyBuilder for tracking the survey response.

Text Field Validation

MySurveyBuilder features a new validation tool for text fields. The survey engine can validate the value typed by the survey participants to ensure the value meets its own set of validation criteria. This set of criteria can be defined by

Conditional Branching

MySurveyBuilder allows you to build conditional branching logic to each of the questions depending on the answers chosen by the survey participants. Hence, a survey participant can take a separate path down the survey questions from another survey participant if both of them answered differently for the question that has conditional branching logic configured.

Questions and Answers Repository

MySurveyBuilder allows the survey owner to create multiple Q&A (Questions and Answers) Repositories. A repository is a database or collection of questions and answers. Frequently used questions and answers can be filed to a Repository. A survey owner can easily create a new survey with questions that already exist in the repositories. For example, a teacher can create multiple repositories based on Subjects, such as "Science" and the "Arts" repositories. Questions relating to each of the subject matters are then filed to the corresponding repository for future use.

Export to any database or data mining tool

MySurveyBuilder allows the survey owner to export the result of a particular survey campaign to a CSV file. The survey owner can then download the CSV file for importing to a third party database software or data mining tool for critical survey analysis. The survey owner will be able to capture the responses of each survey participants using the Export tool.
